30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation)

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 working days for processing after approval
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all costs
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items not in original condition
- Returns sent without approval
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, return your item and place a new order.
