Delivery Options
We offer the following UK shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (2–3 working days) — Free
- Express Shipping (1–2 working days) — £3.99
Shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 working day
- Orders placed after cut-off times may be processed the next working day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
Tracking
All orders include full tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery step by step.

We always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please allow up to 5 working days for standard delivery before contacting us

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Include your order number and any relevant photos
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
